Beaches in Ouranoupoli Halkidiki

Beautiful beaches frame Ouranoupolis. You will find them in relatively short distances and for the more demanding there are many excellent beaches where you can visit by boat and fishing boats ranging from small port village.
Some of the beaches worth seeing up close are:
Kampoudi.
Four kilometers away from the beach is Ouranoupoli Campoudi. The beach is large and offers sun loungers and parasols. Has been awarded a blue flag. In the immediate vicinity are the largest hotels in the region and in the center of town there are souvenir shops and restaurants.
Drenia islands.

Leaving Ierissos and following the road to Gomati, left at 2 km you will find the beach Xeropotami, the Develiki, the Platani on the side of Siggitikos.

Mine.
By continuing Ierissos you arrive in the New Wheel. and following the dirt road you will find the beach of mine got the name from the political mine that operated there, the '60s. 3 km

Komitsa.
The Komitsa is one of the longest beaches in the area. You will find ten kilometers outside Ouranoupolis. In this part there are places catering for visitors. The landscape, like most beaches between Olympiada and Sithonia are green.

On the reverse side of Ammouliani there are many other small beaches that are worth the visit even though it takes a boat to the approaches. Even with a boat you can visit several beaches around the islands Ammouliani. It is an experience you must live.
